Fun Family Event on a Warm Summer Day

Great weather, yummy food and the sound of laughter filled downtown Portage for Canal Days! We teamed up with Downtown Portage Inc and captured this event perfectly! The streets were lined up with people and children impatiently wait for candy from the 44 parade floats. Store owner, Andy, of House of Clocks, watched the parade from his store located on W. Cook St.

Several vendors offered unique crafts and gifts, while Mr. Marvel's Wondertorium made the kids hysterical while popping giant bubbles. Portage Fire Department had a fire truck and their equipment displayed.

We had the chance to set up a vendor booth with all sorts of goodies and even held a drawing for a free session! So many people came to our booth and looked and touched our sample Albums, Canvases, Metal Wall Art and Heirloom Wood Art. Everyone's favorite product was definitely the Mini Brag Books! It was so much fun meeting new people and showing support for our community. Let's try to make every event in Portage a success like this one.

We are already excited for an even bigger event next year.
